True Nature | Appointment & Cancellation Policy

At True Nature, your session is designed to be a dedicated space for your recovery, balance, and peace. Because these sessions require careful preparation and to ensure all clients can be accommodated, I observe the following guidelines:

• 24-Hour Notice Required: If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, please notify me at least 24 hours in advance.

• Late Cancellations & No-Shows: Cancellations made within the 24-hour window prior to your scheduled time, as well as missed appointments without notice, will incur a $55 fee.

• Late Arrivals: Sessions begin promptly at their scheduled times. If you arrive late, your session will still end on time out of respect for the next client's scheduled appointment. The full service fee for your scheduled block will still apply.
